What happens between the manufacturer and your shelf
Most of what separates a good distributor from a poor one is invisible by the time the box arrives. This is the part you are actually paying for.
Sourced direct
Stock comes from manufacturers and authorised depots only. Nothing is bought on the secondary market, which is where counterfeit and diverted goods enter the chain.
Stored correctly
Temperature-controlled storage throughout, with a separate cold unit for items that must stay in the 2–8 °C range. Humidity and light are controlled too.
Checked before it ships
Batch numbers and expiry dates are recorded against your order. Anything approaching the end of its shelf life is pulled rather than passed on to you.
Traceable afterwards
Every dispatch is logged. If a recall is ever issued we can establish quickly whether the affected batch reached you, and act on it.

If yours is not here, call and ask. We would rather answer it once properly than have you guess.
Not for established partners. For a first order we ask for a modest minimum so the delivery run makes sense, and we will tell you the figure upfront rather than after you have placed it.
Yes. Insulins, vaccines and other 2–8 °C items are stored in a separate cold unit and shipped in insulated packing with a gel pack. Please flag cold-chain items when you order so we route them correctly.
First orders are on advance or delivery payment. Once there is a track record, regular pharmacy partners move to standard credit terms agreed in writing. We would rather set this out clearly than have an awkward conversation later.
Damaged or short-supplied goods are replaced, no argument, if reported within the window stated on your invoice. Expiry returns follow the manufacturer's policy for that product, and we will tell you what that is before you stock it.
Both. Households can order prescription refills and general health products for home delivery. Prescription medicines require a valid prescription, which you can send us before we dispatch.
Usually within two to four working days, depending on the manufacturer. We will give you a realistic date when you ask rather than an optimistic one, so you can tell your customer something true.
